@TigerlilyCO2007 Hi Susan, Great to hear from you. Cassava is the worlds third largest crop. They make tapioka from bitter cassava. But they use sweet cassava as a vegetable, which is what we have. It’s grown all round the world in tropical & sub-tropical areas. I was introduced to it by a lady we drove to church who came from seyshells islands. It has it’s own flavor. It’s quite nice. The pancakes are nice & smells nice cooking. It’s very versatile. Thanks again Susan. bye for now.
