You really did the desert video, like you said you will :) ) Great recipe, I always knew I want to make and eat chocolate strawberrys, but I never remembered to make it. I am so making this this weekend, thanks for making the recipe :)

The parchment paper is easier but as you say leaves a build up of chocolate when it rests on the paper.
The way I did it means the strawberries are evenly coated all over.
Thanks for the comms and enjoy :)

Awesome! I hate the base of chocolate that forms at the bottom of the strawberries when I place them on parchment paper and now I know how not to get it any more. Thank you :D .

I do try and make the videos that people ask for or want where possible. It’s difficault sometimes as I get asked for alot of recipes. Glad the strawbwerries covered in chocolate has jogged your memory. I hope you have a feast on the weekend :)
Thanks for dropping in and glad you like.

    @RemyMyer
You are right; it’s easy and can look a really chic dessert. Maybe could be improved with some extra chocolate decoration on the outside.
Those strawberries were really juicy sounding and I thoroughly enjoyed them.
As for the melted chocolate. You can’t beat it :)

Lovely to hear from you and I am glad that you liked the chocolate strawberries :)
I am not sure if the actual chocolate I used is available in the US. The main thing about the chocolate I used is the high coco content 70%+. I would suggest that you buy a good dark chocolate high amount of coco. Also try and get nice ripe juicy strawberries. :)

so simple yet so satisfying. what else have you covered in chocolate? potato chips (crisps) could be interesting – sweet and salty, or even popcorn.

    thanks again

    Hi moneypenny501,
that sounds like a good suggestion. Maybe and egg with the soilders(toast choopped into strips)
You are right getting the timing right can be tricky. There is a fine line between soft boiled and hard boiled.
I will add it to my list and see what I can do for you.
    All the best OriginalNakedChef

    Storm of applause!

What a brilliant recipe. A really chic dessert that is unbelievably easy to make.

PS: Few things are more yummy than a look of a melting chocolate and a sound of you eating that juicy strawberry! )))

    Hi NoobsyPoopsy,
Nice to hear from you :)
You can make these one day and eat the next day.
Once you have made them store them in the fridge.
    Hope you enjoy OriginalNakedChef

I guess most things that are covered in chocolate will be nice.
I like your suggestion of covering crisps maybe sweet chilli flavour could be nice.
The popcorn sounds interesting. Could be a winner!
I think that most fruits that are dried with a tissue first will work with the chocolate covering.
I think the 3 best would be: Strawberries, black cherries or banana.
Otherwise maybe a nice selection of home made chunky fruit pieces that have been left in the fruit bowl.

Loving these!! Here a suggestion, can you show us how to boil an egg? Both dippy and hard boiled, I have no idea what I am doing wrong but they either come out overdone and rubbery or still raw :( . I am deadly serious, nobody ever teaches you how to do it properly and I love eggs x so much love for your vids x
